• Corrosion resistance testing
    Put the product into a salt spray test box, carry out a salt spray test, take out the product after 48 hours (which is equal to the normal time for three years), and then test the appearance and function of the product.   • Environment testing
    -55℃/-67℉ test Put the product into a high-low temperature cycle box, drop the temperature to -55℃/-67℉. Maintain the temperature for 24 hours, take out the product and then repeat 10 times, to test the function of the product. Put the product into a high-low temperature cycle box, raise the temperature to 55℃/131℉. Maintain the temperature for 24 hours, take out the product and then repeat 10 times, to test the function of the product.   • Drop testing
    Put the product fall from a height of 1.5 meters to the steel plate, repeat 10 times, then take it out to test the function of the product. Install the product to mechanical arms, for drawing, compression and bending. Then take it out to test the function of the product.
  • UV and climatic testing
    Put the product into the UV and climatic test box, to simulate the damage to sunlight, moisture and temperature. Aging material includes fading, loss of gloss, strength reduction, cracking, peeling off, pulverization and oxidation. A few hours or days' testing in the simulation environment may cause damage for a few months or years. Then take it out to test the function of the product.
  • Lifetime testing of the padlocks
    Install the padlock on the lifetime testing machine. The machine can put the key into a key slot, clockwise or counterclockwise turn the key and lock the core. Go back and forth to test, till the lock cannot open again. The amount of time is the open lifetime of the padlock.
